This section supplements the policy above and describes data practices specific to the Seamflow Field mobile application (the "App"), used by authorised auditors to capture field evidence.
Information We Collect in the App
- Account information: the email address and password you use to sign in. Accounts are provisioned by Seamflow; the App does not offer public self-registration.
- Audit evidence you create: photographs you capture or select, and the typed observations you record against an audit. This content is linked to your account.
We do not collect analytics, advertising identifiers, location, or device-tracking data in the App, and the App contains no third-party advertising or analytics SDKs.
How We Use It
We use this information to authenticate you, to store and display the audit evidence you capture, and to operate and secure the service.
Storage and Processing
Account and evidence data are stored with our infrastructure provider, Supabase, hosted in the European Union. Access is restricted to your own account.
Retention and Deletion
We retain your account and captured evidence for as long as your account is active. You can permanently delete your account and all associated evidence at any time from within the App (Profile → Delete account); deletion is immediate and irreversible. You may also contact us to request deletion.
